Shipping Fees
Shipping for East M'sia will be charged for RM8 and RM6 for West M'sia. Custom.Dre provides free shipping for every order that hits RM100, we hope to give something back to our dear customers after receiving great support.
LOST/MISSING PACKAGES
Custom.TC is not liable if the incorrect address is placed during the checkout process. Please make sure that your billing and shipping address is correct before processing your order. If we have made an error we will fully take responsibility of the original order that was made for you at no charge.
Damaged/Lost PACKAGES
Any discrepancy of order content or goods in a damaged condition received must be reported within 14 days from the date of invoice to Instagram custom.tc or didiao6536@gmail.com . PLEASE TAKE NOTE THAT: all packaging (both outer shipping packaging and internal contents) must be kept in order to make a claim.
If you suspect your goods have been lost, please contact Instagram custom.tc or didiao6536@gmail.com within 14 days of ordering.

TRACKING INFORMATION
You will receive an email with a tracking number once your order is shipped but sometimes due to free shipping tracking is not available.

For some shipping companies, it takes 2-5 business days for the tracking information to update on the system. If your order was placed more than 5 business days ago and there is still no information on your tracking number, please contact us.
